中央昆士兰大学（Central Queensland University ，CQU）创建于1967年，是由澳洲昆士兰州政府资助成立，学校提供专科文凭、学士、硕士文凭、硕士及博士学位等60多个本科级别的学位及30多个研究生级别的学位课程。CQU是澳大利亚学生增长率最快的大学之一，特别是国际学生增长率居全澳之冠 。中央昆士兰大学的总校园建在澳大利亚昆士兰省洛克汉普顿，CQU现拥有四大国际校区分别建于布里斯本，黄金海岸，悉尼和墨尔本的市中心，并且CQU还拥有新西兰的惠灵顿国际分校。
