据留学360旗下澳大利亚教育联盟专家郭艾伦老师了解，目前，迪肯大学、斯威本大学、维多利亚大学率先在网站发布公告，确认了这一点，拉筹伯大学也随后确认了。目前有14万留学生在维州读书，其中约30%是中国留学生！

Will deregulation of domestic university fees affect international students?
Possible changes announced by the Australian Government in May 2014 to how university fees are set for domestic Australian student are NOT intended to apply to international student fees.
The proposed deregulation of university fees remains subject to new laws being passed by the Australian Parliament and would only apply to domestic Australian students.
Victorian Universities are communicating with their international students, and reassuring them the financial plans international students and their families have agreed to will not change as a result of this measure.
How are fees set for international students?
Education institutions are responsible for setting fees which will vary widely depending on the course and the institution.
By Australian law, under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act (National Code), education institutions must tell students before they enrol about indicative course related fees, including advice on the potential for fees to change during the student’s course.
