全球最大就业网站近日公布，澳洲各企业为了填补职位空缺煞费苦心，尤其是IT岗位！尽管全澳的就业率在升高，但是一些公司却很难招募到理想的人才，有的职位发布后一个月，仍平均有四分之一的岗位是空缺的。
数据显示，澳洲有10%的企业在发布职位后三个月内，仍找不到人。其中悉尼的职位空缺率最高，有14.4%的职位需要花费三个月甚至更多时间才能招满；阿德莱德最低，为12.3%。
留学360澳洲部金牌留学顾王清霞老师介绍，一直以来，澳洲企业都缺乏科学（science）、技术（technology）、工程类（engineering）和数学类人才（maths），这四类人才合称STEM。Australian Industry Group发现，在上个月中，澳洲近一半的企业为招聘STEM类人才伤透了脑筋。
