基本要求：
年龄要求：入学时需年满16周岁
语言要求：文凭课程语言要求分2种：文凭课程+半条件录取项目要求IELTS总分5.5，单项成绩均不低于5.0；TOEFL总分71-78分；快捷与标准文凭课程要求IELTS总分6.0.单项成绩均不低于5.5分；TOEFL成绩79以上。
学术成绩要求：高三在读可申请，要求高中平均分不低于70%；无需会考与高考成绩。
注：按澳洲移民局的规定，入学时未满18周岁的学生，必须入指定自己的海外监护人。海外监护人可以是自己一同前往的父母、或海外亲戚、寄宿家庭的主人等。未满18周岁的学生，必须入住受布拉福德学院认证的住宿方式。布拉福德学院将协助学生完成住宿的申请及入住。
费用与奖学金
纽卡斯尔国际学院提供的预科奖学金有塑造未来奖学金（shaping futures scholarships）。该奖学金是由商学与法学院、教育与文学院、工程学院、医学院和信息技术学院联合开设的，奖学金金额约$4，000，提供10个名额。申请截止日期是3月15日。该奖学金是由纽卡斯尔大学预科项目提供的，希望学生读完后可以顺利进入学校学习，申请该奖学金的学生有望获得新加坡校友奖学金。
该奖学金基本要求如下：
本科全日制新生录取；
GPA5.0（按照澳洲GPA7.0计算）
